Nose: floral, violets, tar, ripe blue and black berry, dark cherry, plum, bramble, light oak, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg.
Palate: bright acidity, medium bodied, coarsed tannins. Dark berries, black pepper, Dark chocolate flavor.
Although this wine has layers to it, it has an overwhelming sensation of bitterness that I did not enjoy and wouldn't want to have with food.
